The newest, coolest superheroes "The Incredible Street Freaks" were created by Jim Ventura born and raised in the Chicagoland area. Jim wanted to create a new type of Superheroes that were different, unique, funny had humanlike qualities, and dealt with real problems facing urban cities and thus The Street Freaks. SUPER B, CHIILY, and BOOM were born!
